Vetcove Subprocessors

To support the delivery of our Services, Vetcove Inc. ("Vetcove"), or one of its Affiliates, engages third-party service providers (each, a "Subprocessor") that may process Client Data, which may include Personal Data. This page identifies each Subprocessor, describes its processing activities, and lists its processing location.
Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings given to them in the Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") between you and Vetcove.

As our business grows and evolves, the Subprocessors we engage may also change. Vetcove may update this Subprocessor list from time to time. Any such updates will be posted on this page. If required under the DPA, Vetcove will provide advance notice of any intended additions or replacements of Subprocessors.
References to "Procurement Platform" includes the "Vetcove Platform."
